- 3 Arabic cucumbers (small cucumbers)
- 1 cup mild natural drinking yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon rose water
Directions:
- Place yogurt into a bowl.
- Add garlic mint, rose water and spices to yogurt.
- Mix well.
- Dice cucumbers into small pieces.
- Add cucumbers to yogurt.
- Serve.
