Aish Al saraya Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf white toast
  • 2 cups maple Syrup
  • 3 cups cooked cream 
  • 1/4 cup Lemon leaves Jam
  • 1/2 cup Crushed pistachio



Preparation:

  1. Cut the bread into medium size pieces
  2. Take out the crumb and cook in the oven until it gets a golden brown color.
  3. Butt the crumbs until they get soft.
  4. In a cooking pan heat the crumbs and add the syrup over it.
  5. When you get a brown dough add the cooking fat.
  6. Mix for 3 minutes until the fat melts.
  7. Spread the dough on a serving dish evenly and cover with the cooked cream.
  8. Decorate with some crushed pistachio.
